ABOUT US
Our firm is dedicated to protecting the rights of our clients and advocating for them to receive the compensation they deserve. We treat every case equally, from the smallest to the largest. Our firm receives over 1,000 tenant inquiries every year, but the majority of our cases come as referrals from past clients, other tenant attorneys, and even attorneys we have opposed in the past.
Attorney James Regan has been practicing law in San Francisco for fifteen years. He spent two years working as a research attorney to the Presiding Judge of San Francisco Superior Court then worked nine years at a prominent San Francisco law firm where he was named a Partner prior to starting this law firm. He has been named a Rising Star by SuperLawyers (only 2.5% of lawyers in California receive this designation).
Attorney Guy Stilson has been a civil litigator for over 30 years. He has been lead trial counsel in over 200 personal injury and wrongful death cases in state and federal courts, handling matters from initiation of the lawsuit through trial and entry of judgment. Guy has also been very active representing clients before state and federal courts of appeal: he has a number of published appellate opinions to his credit and for 10 years served as chair of the appellate department of his former law firm. Guy has written articles for several legal periodicals and has spoken on legal topics at several law schools and at private seminars.
